- Colours, fabric appearance, embroidery detail and product availability may vary by branch, lighting, device screen and stock movement.
- Stock, sizing, pricing, reservations and layby arrangements are confirmed directly by the relevant branch or authorised Bold and Beautiful representative.
- Any final purchase decision should be made after confirming the garment, size, price, alteration status and collection arrangement with the branch.
3. Enquiries, WhatsApp and communication consent
When you submit an enquiry or contact us through WhatsApp, phone, email, SMS, RCS or social media, you authorise Bold and Beautiful to respond using the contact details you provide. Marketing communication will only be sent where permitted by law or where you have consented, and you may opt out of marketing messages.
4. Store visits, reservations and layby
- Store visits are subject to branch trading arrangements, staff availability and stock availability.
- Layby, reservations, alterations and special arrangements are branch-managed and must be confirmed in writing or by branch receipt.
- Deposits, cancellation charges or expiry periods for layby and reserved garments must be explained by the branch before confirmation.
5. Customer responsibilities

- Inspect garments carefully before purchase, collection, alteration or dispatch.
- Keep receipts, proof of payment, branch messages and garment tags where a return, exchange, alteration or complaint may be required.
